The Building Excellence Awards were created to recognize the outstanding work performed by members of our Association. Members can showcase their exceptional projects in remodeling, landscaping, creative design and more, in a vast array of categories and price ranges.
Spokane Home Builders Association (SHBA) is currently accepting entries of construction projects to be judged for potential as one of our 2022 Building Excellence Awards honorees. The entry deadline is Friday, October 8th, 2022. Winners will be announced at the Building Excellence Awards Dessert evening that will be held on November 3, 2022 at Beacon Hill Events Center.
With different project categories broken down by price to reflect budget friendly, moderate, and luxury price points, we are looking to celebrate many great projects built by our member companies. We do want to ensure a fair process and a quality level that projects must meet to be recognized. To ensure these standards, all entries will be judged by a panel of industry peers from non-competing markets. Entries will be judged on a number of criteria to include aesthetics, innovative design solutions, workmanship, use of appropriate building materials, along with how the contractor dealt with budget considerations and obstacles that occurred during the building process. SHBA will promote the winning entries on the SHBA website and its social media platforms, press releases to area media, through print and digital publication in conjunction with our Media Partners, and at the 2023 Spokane Home & Garden Show.
If you would like more information on the Building Excellence Awards, or are looking for an outstanding contractor to assist you with an upcoming project, please visit our website – www.shba.com – or contact us at (509) 532-4990.
